EU Settlement Scheme tips in advance of the deadline

The EU Settlement Scheme deadline is fast approaching! In this quick video, Samar Shams explains some little-known but important facts about eligibility.

If an EEA national ever lived in the UK for 5 continuous years, they might be eligible to apply for settled status, even if they are not in the UK now.

UK employers, take note, you might be able to avoid sponsoring EEA candidates for work visas if they are eligible for settled status.
