Remuneration

We offer the highest rates of remuneration and our Partners typically receive 80% of revenues. They also earn considerably more through delegation to junior staff and referrals between Partners.

For many Partners joining our firm provides far higher remuneration than they received previously as well as much greater flexibility.

We assure security for Partners’ monies.

We segregate monies accruing to Partners from firm monies. We do this by means of having a dedicated trust account into which client monies are paid and which are ring-fenced.

The firm has a policy of avoiding incurring any long-term liabilities in the form of leases or bank borrowings to ensure that the firm is on a strong and sustainable footing for future success.

Equity share

Partners will on achieving several years with the firm, be offered the opportunity to participate in a share of the equity of the firm.
