  • Proven technical expertise - typically from having worked at some stage of their careers at a leading national or international law firm, or for example from having 20,000 hours (10 years) of experience in a chosen field. You are either a leader in your field or have aspirations to be.

  • Business-person approach – this could be demonstrated in various ways: perhaps you have set up your own business; perhaps you have worked in-house; or you may have worked closely with owners and finance directors of owner-managed businesses; or you can demonstrate a commercially driven approach.

  • Team player – we are proud of having a uniquely warm supportive culture, where colleagues work together and support each other. Our lawyers benefit from developing a strong pipeline of referral opportunities, while being able to channel the right practice and sector expertise to each assignment. It also makes for an enjoyable and friendly work culture
