Kate is Practice Director at the firm and forms part of the management board of Spencer West. Kate manages all aspects of the administration and finance functions of Spencer West LLP (the England and Wales practice) and oversees the administration and finance functions of Spencer West’s international law firms in its various other jurisdictions. Kate is supported by a management and administrative team including a team of cashiers.
Kate initially pursued a career in banking, before entering the legal practice management field in 2012. Kate joined Spencer West soon afterwards at a time when it was a boutique two partner, City of London law practice. Since then, Kate has been involved in putting in place the systems, processes and administrative teams to support Spencer West as a fast growing, international law firm.
