Aidan O’Reilly-Armas

Aidan is a highly experienced Licensed Conveyancer dealing with matters of residential conveyancing and commercial real estate. He previously worked at boutique London property law firms and a national firm.

Aidan advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing  for his predominantly high net worth clients, including freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, crossover leases, transfer of parts, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), buy to let, company purchases, equity release, help to buy, licences to assign and alter, and new build transactions. Aidan can also advise on option and overage agreements over residential and mixed-use land. 

Aidan also advises on commercial real estate sales and purchases, the sale, grant and acquisition of commercial leases, deed of variations, statutory lease extensions and “informal” lease extensions, and real estate and development finance. 

Aidan has experience of collective enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended) and will provide support throughout the freehold purchase process all the way through to company formation, serving of notices, conveyancing of the title and amendments to the terms of the leases after enfranchisement.

Aidan is bilingual in English and Spanish.
