What clients say…

“Elizabeth clearly has very strong legal knowledge and ability to interpret contractual documentation in a meaningful way to non-lawyers. She demonstrates a good ability to apply that legal knowledge to complex commercial requirements. On numerous occasions, the two of us had to collaborate closely in drafting bespoke schedules to contracts based on my financial and her legal knowledge, and her precision and thoroughness impressed me on each occasion.”

“Elizabeth is always very professional, and has a deft and reassuring manner with external parties. She has been the most pro-active, of all the legal and commercial leads with whom I’ve worked, at ensuring that she understands the wider context of her work and that the issues on which we overlap are clearly defined and consistent.”

What Elizabeth says...

“I understand from experience the need to provide swift and pragmatic advice to businesses and to understand the level of risks that clients are happy to take on. This helps avoid situations where too much time is spent, or not enough, on issues that are either not important to the client or potentially misses the issues that are which can result in unnecessary time and expense. I also enjoy working as part of a team and believe that a collaborative approach is much more productive when working on large and small projects.”
