Heidi has spent 14 years advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including investment funds, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and debt restructurings, BSX listings as well as more general corporate transactional work, work permits and trusts. She also specializes in Bermuda trademark registrations and renewals.

Prior to taking up law, Heidi obtained a Bachelors Degree (with Honors) in Economics & Classical Studies from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada. She then went on to obtain her Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from Kent University, UK and her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London, UK. Heidi also has a Masters in International Commercial Law (LLM) from Sussex University, Brighton, UK.

Heidi completed her pupillage at Marshall Diel & Myers (now known as MDM Ltd.) and was admitted as a Barrister & Attorney with the Bermuda Bar Association in 2007. Heidi has practiced as a corporate and commercial attorney ever since. Heidi is also qualified in Bermuda as a Notary Public/Commissioner of Oaths.
