Jonathan says...

I have always placed my relationship with my clients at the heart of everything I do: to learn about them and their businesses, how they like to work and how they like to communicate. To find out what their goals and priorities are and what their attitude to risk is. In turn, clients can expect me to speak truth to them whether that truth is what they want to hear or not, and to always, always be commercial in everything I do. That entails looking at any particular dispute, not in a vacuum, but as part of the client`s wider business interests and working in partnership with the client to establish the client’s goals, and then creating a realistic and practical pathway to achieve that goal.
