Kirsteen says...

I enjoy finding solutions. Litigation is never an easy path; it is full of risks and challenges. My role is to listen, to understand my client’s needs and objectives and to analyse the facts and evidence to advise on the best commercial resolution to their problem – or to prevent it from happening. If litigation is unavoidable then we work together to present a robust, considered, case that will achieve the best outcome in the most cost-effective way.
