Lottie Goldstone
Partner - Private Client
Lottie has a wealth of legal and business expertise spanning across both private client and litigation. Lottie spent several years as a litigator specialising in contentious trusts and probate and is a Solicitor Advocate and holds her Higher Rights of Audience from the University of Law in London. Since then her practice has focused increasingly on the non-contentious side of private client. Lottie has the advantage of being able to deal with contentious aspects, whilst being mindful of potential issues when drafting Wills and conducting advisory work.
Prior to practising law, Lottie was a professional three-day event rider and consequently has a unique insight into this industry. She has dealt successfully with many equine law cases varying from litigation to the non-contentious side such as livery and loan agreements. She also became the legal partner for the Hurlingham Polo Association.
Lottie writes for a number of magazines including Polo Times and Horse and Hound. Lottie comes from a farming background and understands the way the agricultural industry operates. Lottie is also an accredited mediator which is an additional useful skill.
‘Lottie is so clear, efficient and focused – it really helped us through a difficult time.’
‘I thoroughly recommend Lottie. She has an excellent legal and commercial brain, incredibly astute and sharp. I wouldn’t instruct anyone else. Her energy is unparalleled.’
