"Paul has been the corporate legal partner I have turned to for all of my commercial legal needs for many years. He has overseen a full range of legal work including management of private shareholers, re-financing and corporate re-structuring; all normal employment matters, including service agreements, share option schemes, redundancies etc.; property work, including new leases, rent reviews and dispute litigation; and most recently he has provided wise advice in establishing shareholder agreements for a digital start-up company.
In all of this work Paul has always provided the highest standard of service. He has expert and in-depth knowledge; is attentive to detail and deadlines; has deep commercial understanding and he is able to offer creative thinking and solutions. He has also always been mindful to offer fair value for money. He is very personable and supportive and it is therefore a pleasure to work with him."
