Nitzan started his career training with a commercial law firm undertaking all types of corporate and commercial transactions. His passion has always been tax so after qualification he moved to the city and until 2009 worked as a tax lawyer. After a much-needed break, Nitzan started his own consultancy in 2010 and has since been a corporate tax consultant to a number of law firms. He has been advising companies and groups on the tax implications of many different corporate and commercial transactions ranging from start ups to very large companies, share and option schemes and incentives and all aspects of property taxation.
