- Advised an overseas JV investor on asset management-related matters relating to a £222 million asset in Central London;
- Acted for a landlord on a Licence to Alter to develop bridge links between two buildings on High Holborn, London;
- Acted for one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent power generators on
- sites where it entered into Option Agreements conditional on the client being able to drill and excavate methane gas in commercially viable quantities;
