Our Hiring Process

We are interested to hear from any applicants who fulfil our criteria: 

  • technical expertise, usually with some 10 years’ experience in their chosen field;
  • business acumen, generally developed by having worked in-house, established their own business, worked with owners or finance directors, or other evidence of a commercial, outcomes-focused approach; and
  • a team player who works well with other colleagues.

We have a streamlined process for recruitment. The first meeting is held with Antoine.

The second meeting is held with Simeon Spencer, the firm’s Senior Partner and sometimes with a colleague from a relevant practice area.

References are taken. A business plan is welcome but not essential. Where the business case is not clear, we may suggest that the candidate works on a business plan in order to support the process.

The firm makes an offer to the successful candidate and issues a Partners’ agreement for approval. 

We pride ourselves on being highly responsive. In urgent cases, we have been able to conclude the onboarding of new Partners in the space of two working days.
