Adrian joined Spencer-West in October 2023 and brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts from the commercial property world.
Adrian trained and spent the first years of his career at the firm which still bears his name: Wallace LLP. Subsequently, he worked in the City and Mid-town at firms including Fladgate LLP where he was a property partner for 10 years. Immediately before joining W Legal, he spent two years working in the property industry as CEO of one of his major clients.
He is now general counsel at Innova, a partnership between Network Rail and a subsidiary of IJM Land Berhad, a Malaysian construction company. The partnership is tasked with developing underutilised railway property assets around and above railway infrastructure. He will be dividing his time between his role at Innova and his private client work at Spencer-West
He is a property specialist and over his career has gained experience and expertise in a wide range of property related work including: the acquisition, disposal and management of investment properties; commercial leases; development work and the property aspects of planning related work.
In recent years, he has been particularly involved in development sites and all related property aspects including options; subject to planning contracts; overage agreements and over rail developments.
