Tamara regularly advises in relation to syndicated finance, asset finance, bond and note issuances, project finance, property finance, M&A transactions, and Economic Substance.
She has a strong track record of delivering tailored and effective solutions for her clients, leveraging her in-depth knowledge of the BVI legal system and market. Tamara has worked on a number of high-profile finance transactions and has a solid working knowledge of property and project finance transactions in Asia and Europe.
In addition to her role as a corporate and finance lawyer, Tamara acts as general counsel for regulated trust companies on commercial contracts and leases. She is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths for the BVI. Her achievements have been recognized by the Legal 500, which listed her as a recommended lawyer in 2023.
