Kathryn is the Global CFO of Spencer West and is a Director of Spencer West Global Limited. She works closely with the Management Board and is responsible for Finance governance, all aspects of financial reporting both internally and externally.
Kathryn joined Spencer West in March 2025, after holding a number of senior Global CFO positions with Tech, Media and Retail businesses. Kathryn holds both an ACA qualification from PWC, and is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (BSc/DIS). She also holds the position of Non Executive Director, and Chairs the Audit and Risk Committee at an AIM listed TV production and content company.
