The Firm

Spencer West is a global legal practice, operating through various legal entities. Each Spencer West entity is a separate legal entity and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of, nor can commit, another Spencer West entity. Details of each Spencer West legal entity in the relevant jurisdiction, including the applicable regulatory body in each jurisdiction, are set out in the Spencer West Terms and Conditions, which is at: https://www.spencer-west.com/engagement-letter-terms-conditions/

Use of term “Partner”

The term ‘partner’ in relation to Spencer West is used to mean that the person is a member, employee or consultant of a Spencer West entity, and not that they are part of a Spencer West entity that is a partnership.
