Rachael Massingham is an experienced solicitor who has acted on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property portfolios, lease negotiations, landlord and tenant work, property finance, and advising on promotion agreements and conditional contracts subject to planning. She also advises on the acquisition and disposal of development land and SIPP/SSAS pension property investments.
Her clients include vendors, purchasers, corporate occupiers, developers and private investors, with the majority of her instructions coming from recommendations and referrals.
Rachael takes a pragmatic and commercial approach, combined with excellent communication skills. She prides herself on understanding her clients, being readily accessible and proactive, and keeping them informed at every stage of a transaction.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys travelling, watching live theatre, and staying active through running and the outdoors.
