Earlier in her career, Julia demonstrated strong entrepreneurial leadership by founding a pan‑European relocation business. Under her direction the business grew rapidly and was successfully sold to a leading global Relocation Management Company in 2006. This experience, combined with senior leadership roles across international relocation providers, underpins her strategic, commercial and operational approach.
