Her experience includes leading complex strategic and operational HR initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, integrations, restructures and redundancies, TUPE transfers, organisational design, reward and compensation frameworks, succession planning and leadership development. Elina is also highly experienced in managing sensitive and high‑risk employee relations matters with discretion and authority.
