Rara’s expertise lies in her ability to connect people with discretion, care and purpose. She supports large and small businesses across sectors including education, security, design, hospitality, property management and professional services, as well as private clients seeking trusted introductions or practical support. Her approach is relationship-led, personal and grounded in a strong belief in communication, community, vision and value.
Alongside her consultancy work, Rara is committed to mentoring and coaching. She supports young people with interview skills and pathways into work, and also helps senior clients explore non-executive opportunities. She has mentored young entrepreneurs through the process of setting up new businesses and provides private support to adults and young people during periods of transition or challenge.
Rara is actively involved with charitable and community initiatives. She supports organisations including the British Red Cross, The Children’s Society, Under One Sky, CEO Sleepout, Dreams Come True and Lord’s Taverners, and is involved with initiatives focused on homelessness, children and young people. She is also a mentor for Finito Education and has been asked by the Mayfair Collective to help build a new Rising Stars network for young businesspeople aged 20 to 35.
