Nicole Mok joined Spencer West in October 2022 as a paralegal, gaining substantial experience in residential conveyancing. Following the successful completion of her training contract in July 2026, Nicole developed a particular interest in employment law and now practises as an Associate in the firm’s Employment team.
Alongside her legal practice, Nicole is the founder and author of Nicole’s Law Blog, where she regularly shares insights and commentary on developments in UK employment law. The blog is also published in Chinese, enabling Nicole to provide accessible employment law content to her Hong Kong and Chinese clients.
