Klinta Eisaka supports businesses and private clients with commercial and corporate matters, with experience working across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe. She holds an LLB in Commercial and International Law with honours from City, University of London.
Klinta’s work focuses on commercial and employment contract drafting, research, risk assessment, dispute support and the coordination of legal matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
Klinta works closely with clients, lawyers and external counsel to ensure that legal matters are well scoped, organised and progressed efficiently. Her experience has a particular international dimension. Klinta has supported corporate clients on matters involving the GCC and other international jurisdictions, including cross-border commercial arrangements, regulatory considerations and contract-related issues. She works in English and Latvian, both at native proficiency.
