WION News invited Spencer West Employment Law Partner and HR Director Amanda Lennon to discuss the impact of strike action across the UK.

Debating the scale of the disruption Amanda said: “when you add up all the different sectors that are going on strike, it’s not like anything else I’ve seen in my lifetime.”
