Andrew has over 40 years’ experience as a commercial solicitor specialising in commercial litigation. He trained at a City firm, has worked for leading Central London firms, and has also worked in-house as legal counsel and trusted adviser to a company with a £100m+ turnover.
Andrew is a traditional commercial litigator with extensive knowledge of the relevant law and practice. He advises and acts across a broad range of areas, including commercial, contentious corporate, contentious insolvency, contract, civil fraud, employment, contentious business and residential landlord and tenant, contentious real estate, professional negligence, shareholder matters and contentious sports law, where he acts for players and intermediaries in disciplinary and contract disputes.
