Anne Mannix

For me, this job is about giving practical advice and responding to the client’s needs in their specific context

Anne’s background is as a City lawyer where she has worked for international law firms and also as head of employment for a US inter-dealer broker, with responsibilities for employment issues throughout Europe and Asia. She gained extensive experience acting for senior individuals at a niche award winning West Midlands firm, Averta.

Anne brings her skills and expertise to the benefit of corporate clients but also acts for individuals.

She has advised institutions and senior executives on all types of employment law and partnership issues. She has experience in the public/quasi-public sectors  – universities, NHS and housing associations. Her clients in the private sector come from financial services, recruitment, hospitality, retail, tech/media, engineering, publishing and charities.

Where elements of foreign law are involved, she works with advisers in other jurisdictions in providing a comprehensive service to her clients.

Anne regularly works with her local Citizens Advice Bureau providing pro bono advice. She is a trustee of a couple of charities and an outdoor swimming enthusiast-  in all weathers.
