Antish Maroam is the Founding and Managing Partner of Spencer West Mauritius. He is a barrister-at-law and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with more than 12 years of experience in taxation, corporate and financial services. Antish has both local and international experience through his time at PwC Mauritius, the World Bank Group, Abax Corporate Services, the Mantu Group and Eversheds-Sutherland. His experience ranges from the restructuring of multinational groups, assisting HNWIs with succession planning, to preparing constitutional documentation for financial institutions.
In addition to being a fellow of the ACCA, he holds an LLB (Hons) Law from the University of Westminster (London) under a Full International Scholarship. He was awarded a distinction for his LLM Tax Law at the Queen Mary, University of London under a Chevening Scholarship. He also holds an Advance Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). He has a keen understanding of complex financial transactions and can advise on the corporate and tax aspects.
