Bill is a partner in our New York office. He previously built a boutique firm that specialized in corporate transactions, investment funds and business litigation. An alumn of “big law”, Bill practiced at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP. He is licensed to practice law in New York, advises companies in multiple jurisdictions and regularly appears before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the federal courts, the commercial division of the New York Supreme Court and the Chancery Court of Delaware.

Counseled tech incubator and its venture funds’ rapidly growing web3, gaming and NFT holdings, focusing on structuring, corporate governance and compliance for its onshore and offshore investments. Responsible for successfully closing a $67.5MM preferred series round led by Andreessen Horowitz and creation of the company’s token and Employee Token Option Plan. Handled regulatory compliance for three regulated funds and an offshore gaming subsidiary with a particular focus on asset management, cryptocurrency and KYC/AML.
