Cris Boyce has over 30 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer advising on all aspects of corporate law. He has advised on the acquisition and sale of a diverse range of companies and businesses including a large number of transactions in the healthcare, hospitality, services, marine, sports, and manufacturing sectors.

Cris’ clients include SMEs, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. He regularly advises family owners of businesses, including providing practical solutions to family ownership disputes.

Cris and his team advise a number US clients on UK investments.

He has always taken a commercial, pragmatic approach to transactions to find solutions and get deals over the finishing line.
