He has many years of experience in the field of commercial litigation, in particular cross-border litigation. In almost twenty years, he represented numerous foreign companies before German courts, benefiting not only from his knowledge of national regulations but also of the relevant international conventions.
In 2011, he was included in the list of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Krakow and in 2013 in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of Western Pomerania.
Since the beginning of his career, his practice was cross-border oriented. Accordingly, he has extensive experience regarding the cooperation with clients, advisors, and law firms from different countries.
