- Advising the UK and European management team on the UK aspects of the acquisition of its business by Equistone and the subsequent cross-border corporate re-organisation;

- Advising WNS on the acquisition of Aviva’s offshore operations valued at c£800m and its multi-year $1 Billion business process outsourcing contract with Aviva under which over 5800 seats were acquired in India and Sri Lanka.
