Emma provides disputes advice and assistance to clients involved in construction, engineering and projects around the world. Emma has considerable experience of litigation, arbitration and ADR, both in the UK and abroad. She has been involved in high-value complex disputes in the nuclear, power systems, aerospace, renewables and transportation sectors and spent two years working in-house for a major heavy industries contractor in Tokyo. She also has significant experience of helping clients to avoid disputes and offering real-time advice throughout the life of a project in order to achieve that.

Emma is experienced in advising clients in relation to projects based in Europe, Africa and Asia. She has acted in cases brought before the Technology and Construction Court and the Commercial Court in London and has conducted arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules.

Emma also has a passion for increasing diversity and inclusion within the legal profession and is delighted to be part of a firm that shares her ethos.
