She is an experienced commercial real estate and residential property solicitor, dealing with development work and off-plan contracts as well as purchase, sale, re-mortgage, bridging, shop leases and commercial building purchases. She is well known in the bridging finance industry and also deals with all kinds of other property-related matters, whether commercial or residential, acting for high net worth clients.
She is experienced in handling family law cases, including complex estates where assets are abroad (including variously in the Czech Republic, Turkey, Canada and Iran).
She is also experienced in handling commercial dispute resolution matters before the Courts, and always seeks to negotiate in the first instance between the parties to enable the matter to move towards a swift and cost-effective settlement wherever possible.
