My aim is to deal with your transaction as quickly as possible, embracing technology and being as paperless as possible. I can, however, offer a bespoke service if the client would prefer to be paper-based. I aim to keep the client updated of progress of the transaction to make the experience as stress-free as possible.

Helen is a Partner at Spencer West in the real estate team based in Exeter. With over 20 years’ experience, Helen is able to deal with a wide range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, transfer of equity, shared ownership, re-mortgage, help to buy, lifetime mortgage, auction property and transfer of parts of land.
