Helena has a wealth of experience in the area of commercial and residential property, having qualified as a solicitor over 20 years ago and assisted hundreds of her clients with their varied residential and commercial property transactions. Helena believes that regular, clear communication with clients and all parties is essential to successful transactions and satisfied clients. Helena’s approach to transactions is a pragmatic one and her focus is on getting the best deal possible done for her clients at the pace they require.
Helena’s clients are from all over the world and vary from HNW individuals to first time buyers just starting off their property portfolios. Helena has worked as a lawyer in Brussels, Paris and Geneva having now settled in London where she focuses on assisting her clients with their property transactions. Before joining Spencer West in October 2021 Helena worked as a Solicitor at Taylor Rose, Hubbard Pegman and Whitney, Cubism Law and Herbert Smith.
