"I can thoroughly recommend Jack as a subject matter expert on Employment law should you ever need a situation resolved to get the best possible outcome, he is a true expert in his field.  All options and outcomes were laid out and explained to enable us to decide what route was best to proceed with. Extremely quick turn around on everything which is important given there can be time restrictions in certain situations to get things resolved. I can highly recommend Jack should you ever need legal advise/assistance to resolve an employment matter!"

"There are times in one's professional life, where guidance, empathy and professionalism are crucial traits in delivering positive outcomes. Collaborating with Jack, in not so enigmatic moments in my life, helped me not only move forward incredibly fast, but with confidence and full support from his side. His knowledge around employment law combined with extreme professionalism and supportive attitude, and nevertheless patience in explaining every aspect ensured a decisive and positive outcome; which I am very grateful of!"

"After finding ourselves in a difficult situation, with little experience, we needed the security of an experienced and professional solicitor to help ease the anxiety and pressure that we were feeling. A friend recommended Spencer West, whom we contacted and found ourselves aided by three professionals - Sonya Bassett, Jack Khurana and Matt Scott-Tucker.

They immediately put us at ease and were regularly in contact via telephone, email and zoom. Not only were they very knowledgeable and experienced in each of their respected fields, they were also lovely to talk to and represented that special human touch that really helps when you are experiencing difficult times. I would not hesitate to recommend or contact Spencer West again should the need arise."

"Jack was recommended to us to help with a family member’s employment issue.  The recommendation was well advised. Jack was accessible, replied promptly and was a constant source of support. Communication was absolute key along with the right advice at the right time. Jack always informed of the pros and cons with any action or potential action that was needed to be considered. We felt supported and that we had sound guidance and advice throughout. We had a positive and satisfactory resolvement of our case. Jack also kept us updated with the costs. I would contact Jack in the future if his services were needed.”

"It can only happen to me! I was on holiday and fortuitously picked up an e-mail at 2330hrs Day One requiring me to review, agree and sign a 16 page legal document by Day Three. It was absolutely in my financial best interest to have this document approved without delay. The document also required my lawyer to review it and issue a certificate to that effect. The challenge was twofold. Firstly, this was the day before New Year’s Eve and secondly, I didn’t have a lawyer.

Where would I find a lawyer when everyone is on holiday or working from home because of Covid? The following morning I spoke to my closest friend and he immediately recommended Jack. For me, word of mouth recommendation from somebody I trust goes a long way. Within half an hour I was talking with Jack who was also meant to be on holiday. Not only did he provide sound legal advice, he explained the legal terminology in a way that I could understand and even made reviewing the 16 page ‘lawyer speak’ contract quite informative. Jack even managed to overcome difficulties caused by running out of printer ink cartridges on New Year’s Eve when, because of Covid, most shops were closed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Jack who came to my rescue in my hour of need!"
