Jack Khurana

Jack qualified almost 30 years ago at a commercial practice in the Thames Valley and has gone on to practise at highly regarded firms in South London, Berkshire, and the Midlands.

Jack has successfully represented numerous SMEs and owner managed national and international businesses, both in relation to commercial disputes and employment matters.

In respect of commercial disputes, Jack has significant experience in commercial contract matters, professional negligence, partnership disputes, intellectual property and franchising issues, landlord and tenant and bankruptcy and insolvency disputes.

Jack’s employment law practice encompasses unfair and wrongful dismissal claims; discrimination actions, TUPE and whistleblowing claims; restrictive covenants, drafting contracts of employment and handbooks/policies; and dealing with disciplinary and grievance, performance management, ill health and redundancy matters.

He places great emphasis on building strong client relationships.

Outside work, Jack enjoys obstacle course racing, running, cycling, the gym, the theatre, live music and comedy.
