Katherine Muldoon FCIArb is an international arbitrator, accredited mediator and cross-border disputes and private wealth lawyer whose practice spans dispute resolution, private wealth, cross-border commercial matters and emerging technologies.
Katherine is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales with Higher Rights of Audience in Civil Litigation. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and previously practised in the Cayman Islands following her admission to the Cayman Islands Bar. An accredited civil and commercial mediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Katherine holds specialist qualifications in domestic and international arbitration and regularly acts as arbitrator, mediator and counsel in complex cross-border disputes.
With professional experience across the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, East Africa and increasingly the Middle East, Katherine advises and acts in matters involving international parties, cross-border investments, family businesses, entrepreneurs, family offices and complex commercial relationships.
