Maureen also supports clients through the administration of estates, guiding families through the probate and court processes following the loss of a loved one.
In addition, Maureen acts as outsourced counsel to small businesses, advising on corporate compliance, governance and business succession planning. She works closely with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them navigate legal obligations while planning for the long-term future of their businesses.
With more than 15 years of legal experience, Maureen is a staunch advocate of providing clients with the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their most valuable assets. During her legal career, she has also litigated commercial, real estate and estate matters before the New York State courts.
