Paul frequently represents insurer clients in technical, complex and high-value coverage disputes where analytical analysis is key. He has advised clients on a range of high-profile policy matters, including the Grenfell Tower disaster.
A major facet of Paul’s practice is defending clients in contentious construction matters, including in High Court litigation, adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Following the Grenfell Tower disaster, Paul provided the UK Government with guidance on its cladding remediation programme and aspects of the Building Safety Act 2022.
