Pauline O’Rourke

“I consider myself to be user-friendly, easy to talk to, and able to quickly get to grips with the often complex issues involved in my clients' cases. I embrace research and deliver clear and practical advice. I am open, honest and accurate in both expectation and cost. Not all approaches to solicitors involve conflict. I advise clients on entering into relationships, including preparing nuptial or living together agreements, and draft outcome agreements and court orders where parties have reached an agreement themselves.”

Whichever her client case, Pauline will advise on all options on mediation and settlement from the outset to keep conflict to a minimum and always with clear transparency on cost.

A career highlight came when Pauline took a 2 year post as a family law specialist in the Falkland Islands with a global law firm, acting for both the local and business community in this unique overseas territory with its own laws and jurisdiction.
