Peter is a partner specialising in commercial real estate having spent most of his career as a property lawyer. This includes acting for public and private property investment companies both UK based and overseas on all aspects relating to their real estate holdings in this country, including landlord and tenant notices and proceedings, lease renewals and grant; the secured lending and refinancing of portfolios, most recently one valued at £50M plus containing more than 100 properties for disclosure and another portfolio valued at over £100M; and also acting for a multiple retail tenant in their taking of new shop premises. Peter has also acted for hotel investment clients in building their portfolio.
When not at his desk, Peter enjoys drawing and painting and also appreciates a wide range of art by genuine artists. Reading and attending lectures on history is another passion. A devout follower of Chelsea FC, he has travelled abroad to see matches.
