Piya has an exceptional array of transactional and advisory experience across a number of geographies primarily Asia, Europe and the United States.
The primary strands of his practice have been:
- M&A/joint ventures and other business combinations ranging from venture like investments to large scale acquisitions and divestitures; and
- Private equity and venture capital investments and exits, including fund formation and fund finance.
Transaction size has averaged between $500,000 to $5 billion. The companies involved have been from a variety of industries (with an emphasis on financial services, media and technology) and have ranged in size from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Client representation has included founders, public and private companies, individual and institutional investors, investment banks and other financial institutions.
