Poh-Leng is a commercial lawyer with over ten years’ experience in private practice and industry.
Poh-Leng completed her Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Law at LSE and trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Poh-Leng spent two years at PwC, followed by six years in-house at Imperial College London, and then two years at YouGov. Poh-Leng then joined Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP as a Partner in June 2021.
Poh-Leng advises clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, from NDAs to bespoke multi-million pound, international framework agreements. Poh-Leng also advises on intellectual property, information technology agreements and data protection law. Poh-Leng is experienced in running the commercial law aspects of M&A transactions. With strong negotiation skills, Poh-Leng is known for her pragmatic approach to getting the job done.
Poh-Leng is an Expert in Residence at Imperial College’s Enterprise Lab and assists innovative entrepreneurs with legal and commercial aspects.
