I also have extensive experience acting for landlords, tenants, and investors across a range of commercial property transactions, including purchases, including SIPP purchases and commercial leases. My focus is on delivering practical and commercially-sound real estate solutions.

Rajvinder (Mary) Gharmount has over 15 years of experience of Commercial Real Estate with her main area of specialism being residential and commercial development including a wealth of knowledge and experience with options and conditional contracts. She has acted for clients at all different levels ranging from National and Regional Developers as well Small Developers and individuals looking to self-build their dream home.

Rajvinder also has a wealth of knowledge and experience in acting for Landlords and Tenants in commercial property transactions along with acting for investors of residential properties (buy to lets), commercial property, including SIPP purchases.

Relevant experience:

  • Acted for a national commercial developer on the disposal of 16 leasehold units on an industrial site.
  • Acted for a national commercial developer who specialised in roadside development sites (service stations) including the delivery of electric car charging stations.
  • Advised on the real estate aspects of a corporate acquisition at £182m involving 132 properties.
  • Advised a national gambling organisation in respect of its leasehold interests involving 197 properties.
  • Acted on a site acquisition for a national house builder which involved the site acquisition, multiple overage releases, and a collaboration agreement.
  • Acted for a regional car retailer in the acquisition of a site and financing of existing sites at a value of £10m.
  • Acted for a regional residential developer in the acquisition of a development site at a value of £3.4m which was a conditional contract and a phased acquisition with multiple lenders (institutional and private lenders).
