- Acting for a South Coast based commercial developer on the acquisition of a part-developed site, subsequent set up of the estate, including development funding, unit sales and a lease of a flagship carbon neutral facility – the estate was actually renamed by the client after Rosanna’s middle name, Parvaneh;
- Acting for a South Coast based commercial developer on acquisition of land owned by the Homes and Communities Agency, subsequent development of the land into an industrial estate, to include compliance with the complex requirements of the Homes and Communities Agency, set up of the estate and subsequent unit sales and lettings;
- Dealing with the property aspect of a reorganisation of a company and its investment property portfolio;
