Steve Hanbury

Steve is an experienced corporate lawyer advising on company sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements.

He works with privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, family-run companies, SMEs and private investors across sectors including engineering, health and social care, hospitality, professional services, sports and technology.

He also advises directors and shareholders on company law, governance and handles company secretarial matters.

He has served on the boards of organisations across the food and drink, healthcare, social care and sports sectors including both charities and private businesses.
