Suzanne Brooker

Suzanne Brooker has nearly 30 years’ experience in advising on all aspects of distressed situations whether transactional or contentious, cross-border or domestic. She is a licensed insolvency practitioner (non-appointment taking) since 2000 and is licensed by the ICAEW. She is also a Fellow of R3, a member of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association (IPA) and the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA), the TMA (Turnaround Management Association) and INSOL. Suzanne is also a member of the Solicitors’ Assistance Scheme providing insolvency, restructuring and regulatory assistance for solicitors and their practices.
