With a Law degree and a Master’s in Marketing from the University of Birmingham, her career spans media, advertising, retail, FMCG, the charity sector, and professional services, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on brand building and business growth.
Since joining Spencer West in 2020, Emma has played a central role in shaping the firm’s identity and trajectory. Quickly becoming a trusted adviser to partners across multiple practice areas, she was appointed Director of Marketing & Business Development in 2022 and has since helped lead the development and execution of the firm’s ambitious global growth strategy.
Known for her collaborative style and clear-sighted approach, Emma works closely with teams across jurisdictions to align marketing, communications and business development with Spencer West’s entrepreneurial ethos and international expansion.
