Richard read Commercial Law at the University of Birmingham, graduating with an LL.M degree in 1998, and was called to the Bar in 1999 at Lincoln’s Inn. He subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2005.
Richard’s early career focused on immigration law, where he developed a strong foundation in client-centred practice. In 2012, he launched his own conveyancing business, establishing himself as a respected practitioner in residential property matters. His practice encompasses both new build developments and resale properties, with a growing commercial property portfolio.
With over a decade of dedicated conveyancing experience, Richard brings precision and commercial awareness to all property transactions. He has particular expertise in helping clients navigate complex property chains and securing timely completions in challenging market conditions.
Richard subsequently expanded his practice to include commercial property work, applying his methodical approach to assist businesses with their property needs. His practice is complemented by his expertise in refinancing and immigration matters, allowing him to offer comprehensive support to clients with diverse legal requirements.
When not assisting clients, Richard enjoys exploring international cuisine during his travels, playing badminton, and draws on his background in Tang Soo Do martial arts (where he holds a Dan grade). His disciplined approach to sports reflects the precision he brings to his legal practice.
